How ED Library handles organisation data, account information, student records, learning activity, library access, and payments.
Tenant Isolation
User accounts, courses, books, school fees, student records, and certificates are scoped to their organisation except where superuser access is explicitly required for platform operation.
Payment Data
The platform stores payment references, summaries, status, and settlement metadata. Raw card details are collected and processed only by the selected payment provider.
Security Controls
Invite codes, approval workflows, role permissions, hosted payment checkout, and reCAPTCHA verification are used to reduce unauthorised access and abuse.
