Use of the Platform
Each organisation is responsible for the users, learning content, student records, fees, and permissions configured inside its tenant. Platform access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, or violation of agreed subscription terms.
Payments
Subscription, school fee, book purchase, and borrowing payments are processed through configured third-party providers. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this platform.
Content and Records
Organisations and authors retain responsibility for uploaded educational content, books, student records, and certificates. Tenant data must not be shared outside authorised users.
